Problem Note 60278: Saving a project using SAS® Enterprise Guide® 7.13 might result in error "Length cannot be zero" and "Parameter name: Length"
Problem
When you try to save a project in SAS Enterprise Guide 7.13, the following error might occur:
An error occurred saving the file. Length cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: length
Circumstances under Which the Problem Might Occur
This error might occur when you save the project to a storage device using the SAS Workspace Server context. For example, it occurs if you select File ► Save Project As and then select Servers ► SASApp ► C:\.
Workaround
To avoid the problem, save the project using a file system that is local to the SAS Enterprise Guide installation or using a network location rather than using the SAS Workspace Server context.
For example, to save to a local file system, select File ► Save Project As and then select My Computer ► C:\EG_Projects.
Or, to save to a network location, select File ► Save Project As and then select My Computer ► \\server-name\EG_Projects.
A hot fix is planned for this issue.
